胃宁口服液对抑制大鼠胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌作用的实验研究

Experimental research on inhibiting the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin in rats with the Weining oral liquid

目的:观察胃宁口服液(WOL)对大鼠胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌的影响。方法:将SD大鼠50只随机分为5组:模型组,胃苏冲剂组,胃宁口服液高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。采用幽门结法复制大鼠胃溃汤模型,收集胃液,观察各组大鼠胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌的变化。结果:胃宁口服液高、中剂量组大鼠胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌水平明显降低,与模型组、胃苏冲剂组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:胃宁口服液具有显著抑制胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌的作用。

Objective:To observe effects of the Weining oral liquid on the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin in rats.Methods:50rats were randomly divided into the model group,Weisu granule group,WOL low-dose group,WOL middle-dose group,WOL high-dose group,10cases in each group.The contents of gastric acid and pepsin in all groups were detected.Results:Compared with the model group and Weisu granule group,the contents of gastric acid and pepsin were obviously decreased in WOL middle-dose and high-dose groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:WOL has obvious effects on the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin in rats with gastric ulcer.
