论朱丹溪学术思想对提壶揭盖治法临证运用的启发

Application of the Tihu Jiegai therapy according to Zhu Danxi's academic thought

提壶揭盖治法为朱丹溪所创,目前该治法多运用于治疗下焦疾病。笔者探讨朱丹溪学术思想,并结合临床实例分析认为,若在辨证施治以实邪为主要病机的下焦疾病中疗效不佳或者疾病易于反复发作,多有包含气分郁滞之病机,以提壶揭盖治法宣肺升提上焦乃至全身气机,可有意想不到之疗效。

Zhu Danxi was the founder of the Tihu Jiegai therapy.At present,the therapy is applied in treating the Xiajiao disease.By analyzing clinical cases,if the Xiajiao disease from Shixie cannot be effectively cured or repeated attack,Qifen Yuji was found in the disease.So,the Tihu Jiegai therapy can be applied in the treatment,with unexpected effects.
