于作盈教授三法同治诊疗扩张型心肌病经验撷英

Experience of Professor Yu Zuoying for diagnosing and treating dilated cardiomyopathy by the Sanfa Tongzhi therapy

于作盈教授,吉林省中医药科学院心血管内科首席专家,从事心血管内科临床工作数十年,辨证论治各种心血管疾病,遣方用药独具匠心,积累了宝贵的临床经验。扩张型心肌病是心血管疾病中的疑难杂症,于老对此病有独到见解,认为心脾肾三脏功能失调导致心气不足为其病因之一;瘀血、痰饮、水湿三种有形实邪与扩张型心肌病的产生密切相关;根据少阴经脉少血多气等特点,提出心脑同治法、心肾同治、三焦同治等法,用于治疗扩张型心肌病,疗效显著。
