中医辨证治疗高血压病的效果研究

Efficacy of TCM differentiation on hypertension

目的:探究中医辨证治疗高血压病的效果。方法:选取2014年2月-2016年2月期间本院收治的90例高血压病患者,采用随机分组方式将其分为实验组与对照组,各45例。对照组采用西医治疗,实验组采用中医辨证治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:实验组治疗总有效率为91.2%,对照组治疗总有效率为71.1%,实验组明显高于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对高血压病患者采用中医辨证治疗,效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore efficiency of TCM differentiation on hypertension.Methods:90cases of hypertation were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,45cases for each.The control group was given western medicine;the experimental group received TCM.Results:The total efficiency in the experimental group was91.2%,higher than71.1%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM differentiation on hypertension was effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
