中医辨证治疗胃肠功能紊乱症的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating gastrointestinal dysfunction by TCM syndrome differentiation

目的:总结中医辨证治疗方案应用于胃肠功能紊乱症患者的临床价值。方法:随机筛选2014年1月-2015年12月期间到我院肠胃科接受诊疗的80例胃肠功能紊乱症患者,将其分为两组,其中西医治疗组有38例患者,予西医治疗;中医辨证组有42例患者,予中医辨证治疗,同时观察两组疗效。结果:用药后,西医治疗组有效率为73.68%,中医辨证组为92.86%(P<0.05)。结论:将中医辨证治疗方案应用于胃肠功能紊乱症患者中效果突出,在提升疗效的同时,还有助于防控不良症状,因此在胃肠功能紊乱症患者中有持续性用药的意义。

Objective:To summarize the clinical value of TCM syndrome differentiation on gastrointestinal disorders.Methods:80patients were randomly divided into two groups.The western medicine group(n=38)was treated with western medicine;42patients in the TCM group were treated by TCM syndrome differentiation.Results:The efficiency was73.68%in the western medicine group,and92.86%in the TCM group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation on gastrointestinal disorders shows a prominent effect and significance of continuous medication,can prevent and control adverse symptoms.
