中药与乌司他丁联合治疗47例急性水肿型胰腺炎恢复期的临床效果分析

Clinical efficacy of TCM medicine plus ulinastatin on 47 cases of acute edema type of pancreatitis in recovery period

目的:探讨中药与乌司他丁联合治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎恢复期的临床效果。方法:选择2014年3月–2016年3月我院收治的急性水肿型胰腺炎恢复期患者94例,将其平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组在常规治疗的基础上应用乌司他丁,研究组在对照组的基础上应用中药方剂治疗。结果:研究组总有效率为97.87%,高于对照组的82.98%(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合乌司他丁在急性水肿型胰腺炎恢复期中发挥出了显著的治疗效果,适于临床应用。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM medicine plus ulinastatin on acute edema type pancreatitis.Methods:From March2014to March2016,94patients in our hospital were divided into two groups;the control group was given the conventional treatment plus ulinastatin;and the study group was given TCM medicine more.Results:The total efficiency was97.87%in the study group,higher than82.98%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine plus ulinastatin on47cases of acute edema type pancreatitis shows a significant effect,and is worthy of promotion
