开口利咽汤结合针电刺激治疗风痰瘀阻型脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的临床研究

Clinical research on treating dysphagia following stroke of the Fengtan Yuzu type with the Kaikou Liyan decoction plus electropuncture

目的:分析对风痰瘀阻型脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者利用开口利咽汤结合针电刺激治疗的临床效果。方法:随机选择2014年8月–2015年8月在本院接受治疗的风痰瘀阻型脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者50例,随机平均分成两组,对照组给予针电刺激治疗,观察组给予开口利咽汤结合针电刺激治疗,比较两组效果。结果:观察组治疗后重度3例,对照组8例;观察组中度9例,对照组13例;观察组轻度13例,对照组4例。结论:对风痰瘀阻型脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者应用开口利咽汤结合针电刺激治疗效果明显,能够有效改善吞咽功能,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of the Kaikou Liyan decoction plus electropuncture on dysphagia following stroke of the Fengtan Yuzu type.Methods:From August2014to August2015,50patients were divided into two groups.The control group was given electropuncture;and the observation group was given the Kaikou Liyan decoction more.Efficiency in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,there were3of were severe,9cases of moderate,and13cases of mild in the observation group;there were8cases of severe,13cases of moderate,and4cases of mild in the control group.Conclusion:The Kaikou Liyan decoction plus electropuncture on dysphagia following stroke of the Fengtan Yuzu type shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
