针灸结合红外线穴位照射及康复训练治疗126例脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 126 cases of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke by acupuncture,infrared radiation therapy plus rehabilitation training

目的:分析针灸结合红外线穴位照射及康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床效果。方法:2014年2月-2016年2月期间,我院接收此类患者共计126例,以随机分配法则为依据对其进行分组,对照组63例患者接受康复训练,观察组63例患者另加以针灸结合红外线穴位照射治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:两组患者经过临床治疗后,症状均明显缓解,观察组患者的VAS评分、FMA评分及肩关节活动度评分改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:在康复训练基础上增添针灸结合红外线穴位照射治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征患者,可改善临床症状,建议推广。

Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of acupuncture,infrared radiation therapy plus rehabilitation training on shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Methods:From February2014to February2016,126patients in our hospital were divided into two groups,63cases for each.The control group was given the rehabilitation training;and the observation group was given the acupuncture plus infrared radiation therapy.Efficiency in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms in two groups were significantly alleviated;and the VAS score,FMA score and shoulder mobility score were improved significantly in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture,infrared radiation therapy plus rehabilitation training on shoulder hand syndrome could improve the clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.
