中药联合针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效分析

A clinical analysis of treating postherpetic neuralgia in TCM

目的:探讨中药联合针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的治疗效果。方法:本次研究中,择取我院在2014年1月-2016年1月期间接收的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为研究对象,依据数字形式将其分为两组,一组为参照组,一组为实验组,每组25例患者,参照组患者进行镇静止痛,营养神经,增强免疫力等常规治疗模式,实验组患者施以中药联合针灸治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治疗总有效率为96%,参照组治疗总有效率为72%,前者相较于后者优势显著,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛能够获得良好的临床应用效果,建议于临床中推广。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of the TCM plus acupuncture on postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:50cases were divided into the reference group and the experimental group,25cases for each.The reference group was given sedation and analgesia,nutritional nerve,enhanced immunity and other conventional treatment.The experimental group received TCM medicine plus acupuncture.The clinical therapeutic effect in two groups was compared.Results:The efficiency in the experimental group was96%,higher than72%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine plus moxibustion was clinically effective on postherpetic neuralgia and was recommended for clinical promotion.
