活血补气祛痰汤治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating vertigo from vertebrobasilar insufficiency with the Huoxue Buqi Qutan decoction

目的:分析活血补气祛痰汤治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法:选取我院2015年2月–2016年2月收治的100例椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组予以常规西药口服治疗,观察组予以活血补气祛痰汤治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后椎基底动脉血流情况。结果:观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P>0.05),两组治疗前椎基底动脉血流情况相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后椎基底动脉血流情况优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血补气祛痰汤治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕效果显著,可改善椎基底动脉血流情况,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analysize the effect of the Huoxue Buqi Qutan decoction on vertigo from vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods:100cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,50cases for each.The control group was treated with conventional oral western medicine.The observation group received the Huoxue Buqi Qutan decoction.The therapeutic effect in two groups and the blood flow of the vertebrobasilar artery before and after treatment were observed.Results:The efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in vertebrobasilar blood flow before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,vertebrobasilar blood flow is better than before treatment,and blood flow situation in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huoxue Buqi Qutan decoction on vertigo from vertebrobasilar insufficiency shows a good effect,by improving the vertebral-basilar artery blood flow,and was worth promoting.
