中医综合疗法治疗盆腔炎198例临床疗效评价

Clinical evaluation of treating 198 cases of pelvic inflammation by TCM comprehensive therapy

目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:对198例盆腔炎患者予以辨证分型内服治疗、中医外治、物理治疗等综合治疗。结果:198例患者痊愈163例,有效30例,无效5例,总有效率为97.5%(193/198)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗盆腔炎疗效满意。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of TCM comprehensive therapy on pelvic inflammation.Methods:198cases of pelvic inflammation were given comprehensive treatment including the internal medicine treatment by syndrome differentiation,TCM external treatment,physical therapy,etc.Results:In the198patients,163cases were recovered;30cases were effective;5cases were invalid.The total efficiency was97.5%.Conclusion:Efficacy of the TCM comprehensive therapy on pelvic inflammation was satisfactory.
