加味龙牡二妙汤治疗湿热蕴肤型湿疹的临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of the Longmu Ermiao decoction on eczema of the Shire Yunfu type

目的:分析对湿热蕴肤型湿疹患者采用加味龙牡二妙汤进行治疗的临床效果和安全性。方法:收集我院收治的100例湿热蕴肤型患者进行研究,将其随机分成两组。对照组患者50例,给予西替利嗪片口服与糖皮质激素外用联合治疗;研究组患者50例,给予加味龙牡二妙汤与中药洗剂外用联合治疗。观察及对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:与对照组相比,研究组患者治疗后的总有效率明显较高(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的EASI与VAS评分均有显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:对湿热蕴肤型湿疹患者采用加味龙牡二妙汤进行治疗疗效显著,安全性较高,值得进一步推广。

Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy and safety analysis of the Longmu Ermiao decoction on eczema of the Shire Yunfu type.Methods:100patients in our hospital were divided into two groups,50cases for each.The control group was given Cetirizine and glucocorticoids;and the study group was given the Longmu Ermiao decoction plus the TCM medicine lotion.Efficiency in two groups were compared.Results:Efficiency in the study group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,EASI and VAS scores in two groups were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Longmu Ermiao decoction on eczema of the Shire Yunfu type shows a significant effect,and is worthy of promotion.
