摘要
“十三五”开局之年,我国政府进一步规划建议将食品安全问题提到国家战略高度,提出实施食品安全战略。作为保证产品品质和质量安全、减少损耗、防止污染的特殊供应链系统,“冷链”对肉、禽、水产、蔬菜、水果、蛋等生鲜农产品的安全起到了保驾护航的作用。农产品冷链物流发展环境逐步完善。
For the first year of the13th Five Years Plan,the Chinese government raises the food safety issue to a national strategic level and put forward the implementation of food safety strategy,as a special supply chain system to ensure the product quality and safety,losses reduction,pollution prevention,the Cold Chain escorts the safety of meat,poultry,aquatic product,vegetables,fruit,eggs and other fresh agricultural products.
