510例五脏系疾病患者中医面色特征分析

Analysis on Facial Characteristics of 510 Patients with Five Zang-organs Diseases of TCM Complexion

目的探讨不同脏腑疾病患者面部区域特征,为中医望诊信息客观化研究提供依据。方法应用Smart TCM-I型中医生命信息分析系统检测510例五脏系患者的面色状态,提取面部整体、前额、眼眶、脸颊、鼻部、下巴部位的颜色标准红(R)、绿(G)、蓝(B)和色调(H)、饱和度(S)、明度(V)共36个特征定量参数,运用Kruskal M-Wallis H及Nemenyi检验进行统计分析。结果五脏系疾病患者中肺系、心系、肝系、脾胃系、肾系分别为96、105、101、107、101例,其前额、眼眶、脸颊、鼻部、下巴部位的参数R、G、B、H、S、V值有不同的统计学差异。结论面色特征定量参数可为五脏疾病病位分区提供客观依据。

Objective To explore facial characteristics of patients with different organ diseases;To provide some references for objective study on TCM inspection information.Methods Smart TCM-I type Life Information Analysis Systems was used to detect facial characteristics of510patients with five zang-organs diseases.36specificquantitative parameters including red(R),green(G),blue(B)and hue(H),saturation(S),value(V)of the face,forehead,eyes,cheeks,nose and chin were collected,and the Kruskal M-Wallis H and Nemenyi test were used forstatistical analysis.Results Among the510patients with five zang-organs diseases,96patients belonged to lungsystem diseases,105heart system diseases,101liver system diseases,107spleen and stomach system diseases and101kidney system diseases.There was statistical significance in R,G,B,H,S,and V in forehead,eyes,cheeks and nose.Conclusion Facial characteristics can provide objective references for the facial division of five zang-organs diseases.
