箭载应答机飞行过程中的低气压放电及防护 被引量:2

摘要 某新型应答机内部腔体双工器在飞行过程中出现放电现象,经过分析及试验验证,确认放电原因为气体密度降低导致内部导体之间的击穿电压降低(低气压放电)。利用Ansoft HFSS场仿真软件和Ansoft designer电路仿真软件,采用场路结合的方法,对该双工器发射通路内部的电场强度进行建模仿真计算,根据仿真计算结果,给出适应工程化应用的加固处理方法。 A discharge Phenomena occurred during the flight of a new type transponder with a duplex cavity fixed inside. After analysis and experimental verification, the discharge is caused by low pressure when the gas density reduction makes the breakdown voltage lower between two conductors of the duplexer. With the help of simulation software such as Ansoft HFSS and Ansoft Designer,we model and simulate the electric field intensity within transmission channel of the duplexer. According to the simulation results, we put forward a method to reinforce it for engineering application.
