摘要
本文通过对APIX80管道施加弯矩和内压,采用多子步顺序加载的方式来改变弯矩和内压的加载顺序。利用ANSYS软件模拟管道分别在两种加载方式作用下,其应力的变化过程,得出弯矩和内压作用腐蚀缺陷管道下,其加载顺序对管道应力是有影响的。
This paper applied bending moment and internal pressure of the APIX80pipe,using multi step sequential loading mode to change the bending moment and internal pressure loading sequence.ANSYS software is used to simulate the stress variation process of pipeline under two loading modes,and it is concluded that the loading sequence is affected by the bending moment and internal pressure.
