延长油田气井压裂返排液处理再利用技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文根据延长油田气井压裂液返排液的特点,经过"氧化-混凝-沉淀-超滤"处理后,得到的处理返排液水质优良,利用处理后返排液配制压裂液,与清水配制压裂液性能相比,压裂液性能相当,各项指标均能达到压裂液性能要求,提供了压裂液回收再利用的新方法。 According to the characteristics of fracturing fluids and flow-back fluids from gas wells in Yanchang oilfield,and after the treatment cycle of oxidization,coagulation,precipitation and ultra-filtration,the treated flow-back fluids acquired appears good water quality.Compared with the fracturing fluids with fresh water,the fracturing fluids prepared by the treated flow-back fluids appear a comparable performance,and each indicator can satisfy the required performance of fracturing fluids,which provides a new method for the treatment and reutilization of fracturing fluids.
