摘要
时钟触发式P.D.S.(Positive Displacement Sampler)井下高压物性取样器在海上油田探井和生产井取样作业中得到了非常好的应用。为获得最佳的取样效果,时钟触发P.D.S.取样器取样前需要单独下入压力计,经过严格的测试筛选出合适的生产制度。电缆地面触发P.D.S.取样器利用电缆地面触发系统代替机械时钟触发系统,实现了地面可控式的取样。与时钟触发P.D.S.取样器相比,节省了工作量和测试时间,避免了反复开关井导致油气产量异常的情况,并且可以实时地判断井下生产状况,确保成功取样。
Mechanical clock triggering P.D.S(Positive Displacement Sampler)is well used in PVT testing of exploration wells and production wells in offshore oilfields.Pressure gauge is usually used individually before mechanical clock P.D.S.is tripping in the well to select a suitable choke,for achieving the best effect of sampling.Mechanical clock triggering is substituted for cable surface triggering in cable surface triggering P.D.S.to control sample accurately.Cable surface Triggering P.D.S.can save the time of testing and sampling and also avoid the occurrence of abnormal conditions to ensure the success of sampling.
