摘要
本文推荐了一种适应海洋平台改造项目实际工况的制氮装置,该装置通过改进的均压技术和压紧机构,使空气消耗量降低,制氮效率提高,同时能耗比国内同等设备降低6-8%,避免了新增空压机,从而进一步降低了成本和节省了海洋平台空间。
This paper illustrates a new nitrogen generator which is suitable foroffshore platform modification project.The device adopts an improved pressure equalizing technique and a pressing mechanism to reduce the air consumption and improvethe efficiency of nitrogen production.The energy consumption is cut down by6-8%at the same time,which avoids adding another air compressor and further reduces the costs and saves the offshore platform space.
