摘要 以"勘探三号"半潜式钻井平台承钻的东方某高温高压井为例。阐述了高温高压井水下防喷器组事故安全阀的故障现象,从分析系统的工作原理入手,通过建立事故安全阀故障树,经过现场检查和大量分析,得出事故安全阀故障主要原因是防喷器控制软管束内的先导管无法将3000psi压力传递到SPM阀,造成下部内侧压井事故安全阀无法打开,导致压井管线失效。通过回收下部隔水管组,更换备用的先导管等措施,消除了事故安全阀的故障,提出了防范措施,可供国内海上高温高压钻井作业,半潜式钻井平台水下防喷器组事故安全阀故障分析、解决提供指导和借鉴。 In this paper,a high-temperature and high-pressure well in the east of the KANTANⅢsemi-submersible drilling rig is taken as an example.This paper expounds the failure phenomenon of the safety valve of Subsea BOP stack of high temperature and high pressure well.From the analysis of the working principle of the system,through the establishment of the safety valve fault tree,after the on-site inspection and a large number of analysis,the main reason of the safety valve failure is The pilot tube in the BOP control hose bundle can not transfer3000psi pressure to the SPM valve,resulting in the lower inner kill safety valve failing to open,resulting in failure of the kill line.It can eliminate the failure of the safety valve by reclaiming the lower riser group and replacing the spare pilot tube,and put forward the preventive measures.It can be used for domestic high temperature and high pressure drilling operation,semi-submersible drilling platform Subsea BOP group safety Valve fault analysis,solution to provide guidance and reference.
