摘要 中国煤炭价格经历了政府计划价格、双轨制价格和有管理的市场化价格3个阶段。市场化改革以来,煤炭企业因缺乏市场化定价经验,尝试和探索了多种不同的定价方法。无论是定价周期、定价主体,还是具体的定价方法上都出现了多种不同形式。但是这些定价方法,都不能改变煤炭供大于求的市场格局下价格跌的趋势,甚至导致了煤炭企业间的恶性竞争,加剧了煤价下跌。中国可以借鉴其他国家的煤炭定价经验,研究制定更加科学的定价机制,保障宏观经济发展和煤炭企业的可持续发展。 China's coal price has experienced three phases:price planned by government,price of two-tier system,price managed by markets.After the market pricing reform,coal enterprises have explored and trying many different pricing ways since lack of marketing pricing experience.There have been different pricing methods whatever in pricing cycle,pricing subjects and pricing methods,but none of these can change the imbalance of supply&demand and arrest the price,and even aroused cutthroat competition in coal industries and accelerate the declining of price.China can study and make more scientific pricing methods learning from other countries'coal pricing experience and to provide guarantee for the sustainable development ofmacro-economy and coal enterprises.
