循环流化床锅炉受热面寿命管控策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 循环流化床锅炉具有化石燃料废弃物利用和本身清洁燃烧特点,被电力行业广泛应用并得到飞速发展,但锅炉受热面由于处于特殊恶劣的工作环境,传热方式有别于煤粉锅炉,设备使用寿命周期短是行业亟需研究和解决的问题。本文根据受热面换热特点,以电力全寿命周期管理为依据,从服役期前和服役期分阶段研究分析失效因素,并针对性地提出具体解决措施,从而实施有效管控,延长受热面使用周期。 Circulating fluidized bed boiler with fossil fuel waste utilization and clean combustion characteristics has been widely used in the power industry and developed rapidly,but due to the heating surface of the boiler is in the special bad working environment,the heat transfer mean is different from the pulverized coal boiler,short equipment life cycle industry is the urgent problem to study and solve.According to the heating surface heat transfer characteristics,on the basis of the power of life cycle management,analyzingfailure factors and puts forward the specific measures from the service period before the stage of research and service period,and then implement effective control to prolong the use cycle of heating surface.
