摘要
通过介绍几种常见的热泵技术,并分别分析每种热泵技术的特点,对比后选择使用吸收式热泵和NH3-H2O工质用于研究Innovene聚丙烯工艺反应热的回收。本文对比现有工艺设计了吸收式热泵和Innovene聚丙烯的耦合工艺,并且通过物料和能量衡算得出了氨气和贫液的循环量。通过该耦合工艺,可大大降低循环水的用量。同时,回收的热量可用于装置内管线的伴热、生活区采暖等。
Several common heat pump technologies were introduced,and the characteristics of each heat pump technology were analyzed.We use absorption heat pump working fluid NH3-H2O to study the heat recover of Innovene polypropylene process reaction.Absorption heat pump and Innovene polypropylene coupling process was compared in this paper,and the amount of circulating ammonia and lean solution were obtained by material and energy balance.The coupling process can greatly reduce the amount of recycled water,in the mean time recovered heat can be used for device pipeline heating,living area's heating.
