摘要
江苏省汾湖高新技术开发区实验小学的"成长教育"核心价值观是"让每一位师生拥有成长的感觉",据此构建一致性的理念体系与实践路径,并以"不轻易开启,不轻言放弃"的精神贯穿始终。反思其过程,可以有以下启迪:学校文化是学校在自身情境中对教育基本问题的个性化解读,是必然的,而不是偶然的;学校文化在学校工作的一切之中,是全在的,而不是"单列"的;学校文化具有相对恒定的特色,是在各种矛盾中历久弥新的,而不是暂时的昙花一现;学校文化最终体现在文化情境中"人"的特质,舍此,文化就毫无意义可言。
Growing education in our school is based on cultural perspective with the core value of lettingevery teacher have a feel of growth,in accordance with which our school establishes consistent idea system andpracticing path along with the spirit of not easily starting up or giving up.Revelations are as follows:schoolculture is inevitable in interpreting basic educational issues but not incidental;it is permeated into school work,not isolated;it is characterized by perpetuity with more novelty over time,not transient;and it is fi nally seen inthe feature of humans in the context of culture,and without it,culture is meaningless at all.
