摘要
随着社区卫生服务事业的发展,患者满意度成为评价医疗服务质量的一项重要指标。本文简介了影响社区居民医疗满意度的相关因素,从社区卫生服务中心因素及居民自身因素两个方面进行详细分析,并结合社区发展的现况及未来趋势,提出改进措施。作为服务的使用者,居民们也应该不断改变观念,加强对社区卫生事业的关注,积极提出自己的医疗需求,形成一种相互促进的良性发展局面。
With the development of community health service career,the patient satisfaction has become an important index toevaluate the medical service quality.This paper introduces the related factors influencing the medical satisfaction of communityresidents,from the two aspects of the community health service center factors and residents own factors for detailed analysis,combined with the current situation and future trend of community development,put forward the improvement measures.As theusers of the service,the residents should constantly change their ideas,strengthen the concern of the community health career,andactively put forward their own medical needs,so as to form a benign development of mutual promotion.
