妇科内分泌症患者性激素类药物的合理使用分析

Rational use of sex hormone drugs in patients with gynecological endocrine diseases

目的:探讨妇科内分泌症患者性激素类药物的合理使用。方法:收治妇科内分泌症患者60例,分成A组和B组;A组未合理使用性激素类药物,B组合理使用性激素类药物,比较两组治疗效果。结果:B组治疗总有效率明显高于A组(P<0.05)。患者不合理使用药物的原因包括自行用药、用量错误、漏服药物。结论:临床药师要依据患者症状制定科学的治疗方案,向患者详细说明病情和性激素类药物特点,消除患者的不良情绪,促进性激素类药物的合理使用。

Objective:To explore the rational use of sex hormone drugs in patients with gynecological endocrine diseases.Methods:60patients with gynecological endocrine diseases were selected.They were divided into the A group and the B group.The A groupwas treated with irrational use of sex hormone drugs.The B group was treated by rational use of sex hormone drugs.We comparedthe efficacy of two groups.Results:In the B group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the A group(P<0.05).The reasons for irrational use of drugs included self medication,dosage errors and missed drug.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacistsshould develop a scientific treatment plan based on the patient's symptoms,explain in detail the patient's condition and sexhormone drugs,eliminate the bad mood of patients,so as to promote the rational use of sex hormone drugs.
