摘要
目的:探讨美托洛尔与卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:收治慢性心力衰竭患者94例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组采用卡维地洛治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭临床效果显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol and carvedilol in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:94patients with chronic heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with metoprolol.The observation group was treated with carvedilol.We compared the therapeuticeffect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of carvedilol in the treatment of chronic heart failure was significant.
