思美泰治疗酒精性肝病疗效评价

Evaluation on the therapeutic effect of transmetil in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease

目的:探讨思美泰治疗酒精性肝病的效果。方法:收治酒精性肝病患者90例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各45例。试验组给予思美泰治疗,对照组给予门冬氨酸钾镁治疗。结果:试验组患者治疗总有效率、GGT、TBIL、AST、ALT均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:思美泰治疗酒精性肝病效果明显。

Objective:To explore the effect of transmetil in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease.Methods:90patients withalcoholic liver disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with45casesin each.Patients in the experimental group were given transmetil,and the control group were given potassium aspartate treatment.Results:The total effective rate,GGT,TBIL,AST and ALT in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transmetil has obviously effect on the treatment of alcoholic liver disease.
