保留子宫血管的子宫体三角形切除术的临床研究

Clinical study of uterine body triangle resection for preserving uterine vessels

目的:探讨保留子宫血管的子宫体三角形切除术的临床效果。方法:收治行子宫切除手术患者25例,对照组13例采用腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术,试验组12例采用保留子宫血管子宫体三角形切除术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组性激素变化、术后性生活满意度及围绝经期症状比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保留子宫血管的子宫体三角形切除术的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of uterine body triangle resection for preserving uterine vessels.Methods:25patients with hysterectomy were selected.The control group with13cases was treated by laparoscopic assisted vaginalhysterectomy.The experimental group with12cases was treated with uterine body triangle resection for preserving uterine vessels.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:There were significant differences in sex hormones,postoperative sexuallife satisfaction and perimenopausal symptoms of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of uterine body triangleresection for preserving uterine vessels was significant.
