缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效

Clinical effect of valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension

目的:探析缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:收治原发性高血压患者84例,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用硝苯地平控释片治疗,试验组采用缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组的总有效率和不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in thetreatment of primary hypertension.Methods:84patients with primary hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided intothe experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated by nifedipine controlled release tablets.Theexperimental group was treated with valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets.We compared the clinicalcurative effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions weresignificantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of valsartan combined with nifedipinecontrolled release tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension was significant.
