摘要
目的:探讨胆石症患者临床特点及手术治疗效果。方法:收治胆石症患者200例,分析其临床特点及手术治疗效果。结果:191例胆石症临床治愈,未发生胆瘘和腹腔严重感染及明显后遗症。结论:胆石症手术是一种变异性较大而又较为复杂的腹腔手术之一,即使是术前诊断明确也应考虑到术中异常情况,以提高手术成功率。
Objective:To investigate the clinical features and surgical treatment of cholelithiasis.Methods:200patients withcholelithiasis were selected.We analyzed the clinical features and the effect of surgical treatment of them.Results:191cases ofcholelithiasis were cured.There were no serious complications such as bile fistula and abdominal infection.Conclusion:Cholelithiasis surgery is one of the most complex and complicated abdominal surgery.Even if the preoperative diagnosis is clear,we should take into account the abnormal circumstances in order to improve the success rate of the operation.
