泽泻清脂汤治疗高甘油三酯血症效果探讨

Discussion on the effect of alisma qingzhi decoction in the treatment of hypertriglyceridemia

目的:观察泽泻清脂汤在治疗高甘油三酯血症上的临床效果。方法:收治高甘油三酯血症患者60例。平分两组。对照组接受烟酸治疗,试验组则采用泽泻清脂汤予以治疗,从甘油三酯改善情况对治疗效果进行比较。结果:试验组中显效19例,有效9例,整体有效率93.3%;对照组中显效14例,有效6例,整体有效率66.7%。组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高甘油三酯血症患者采取泽泻清脂汤予以治疗的效果较为明显,具有一定的科学性和安全性。

Objective:To observe the effect of alisma qingzhi decoction in the treatment of hypertriglyceridemia.Methods:60patients with hypertriglyceridemia were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control groupwas treated with niacin,while the experimental group was used alisma qingzhi decoction for treatment.We compared thetherapeutic effect of triglyceride improvement.Results:In the experimental group,19cases were markedly effective,effective in9cases,and the overall effective rate was93.3%.In the control group,14cases were markedly effective,effective in6cases,and theoverall effective rate was66.7%.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using alismaqingzhi decoction to treat hypertriglyceridemia has obvious effect,and it has a certain degree of scientific and security.
