补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗对脑梗死偏瘫气虚血瘀证患者神经功能的影响

Influence of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture therapy on nerve function of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia and Qixu Xueyu type

目的:探讨补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗对脑梗死偏瘫气虚血瘀证患者神经功能的影响。方法:收治脑梗死偏瘫气虚血瘀证患者96例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组采用针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率和NIHSS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗死偏瘫气虚血瘀证患者实施补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗,利于改善神经功能损伤程度,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the influence of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture therapy on nervefunction of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia and Qixu Xueyu type.Methods:96patients with cerebral infarctionhemiplegia and Qi Xu Xue Yu type were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with acupuncture treatment.The observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoctioncombined with acupuncture therapy.We compare the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,thetreatment effective rate and NIHSS score were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Theapplication of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture therapy for patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia andQixu Xueyu type can improve the degree of nerve function damage and improve the clinical curative effect.
