仙灵骨葆联合阿仑磷酸钠治疗骨质疏松症的疗效及安全性研究

Study on the curative effect and safety of Xianlinggubao combined with alendronate in the treatment of osteoporosis

目的:探讨仙灵骨葆联合阿仑磷酸钠治疗骨质疏松症的价值。方法:收治骨质疏松症患者100例,根据治疗药物的不同分为两组,对照组给予阿仑磷酸钠与鲑降钙素药物联合治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予联合仙灵骨葆治疗,对比两组的有效性与安全性。结果:试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月的骨密度以及治疗后的S-P、S-Ca、ALP、BGP水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:仙灵骨葆联合阿仑磷酸钠联合治疗骨质疏松症患者可以促进患者骨代谢指标的改善,提高其生活质量,且具有较高的安全性。

Objective:To the value of Xianlinggubao combined with alendronate in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods:100patients with osteoporosis were selected.According to the different treatment drug,the patients were divided into two groups.Thecontrol group was given alendronate and salmon calcitonin combined treatment.The experimental group was given Xianlinggubaotreatment on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and safety were compared between groups.Results:The total effective rateof the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The bone density of3months,6monthsand12months after treatment and the S-P,S-Ca,ALP,BGP levels after treatment in the experimental group were better than thoseof the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xianlinggubao combined with alendronate in the treatment of osteoporosis can promotethe improvement of bone metabolism index of patients,improve the quality of life,and it has a high security.
