舒适护理在消化道出血患者中的应用价值

Application value of comfort nursing in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探究舒适护理在消化道出血患者中的应用价值。方法:收治消化道出血患者58例,分为对照组和观察组各29例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理,对两组患者的护理满意度、平均止血时间、住院时间、住院费用等进行比较分析。结果:观察组的平均止血时间、住院时间及住院费用明显低于对照组,且护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可有效改善消化道出血患者的心理状态,确保患者在短时间内恢复身体健康,临床价值显著,值得进一步推广。

Objective:To explore the application value of comfort nursing in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:58patients with gastrointestinal bleeding were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with29cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comfort nursing.The nursingsatisfaction,average hemostasis time,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The average hemostasis time,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of the observation group were significantly lowerthan those of the control group,and the satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding,ensure that patientsrecover in a short time.The clinical value is significant.It is worth further promotion.
