健康教育在产后出血护理中的应用研究

Application of health education in nursing of postpartum hemorrhage

目的:探讨健康教育在产后出血护理中的应用效果。方法:收治产后出血患者76例,按照入院先后顺序分为试验组与参照组各38例;参照组予以常规治疗及护理,试验组在参照组基础上加以健康教育。结果:试验组止血有效率高于参照组,平均止血时间对比,参照组更快,试验组的护理满意度显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:在产后出血的临床护理中,为患者实施健康教育效果显著,对提高止血效果、缩短止血时间、改善护患关系均有积极作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of health education in nursing of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:76cases ofpostpartum hemorrhage patients were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the reference group accordingto the order of admission with38cases in each.The reference group was given conventional treatment and nursing.The patients inthe experimental group were given health education on the basis of the reference group.Results:The effective rate of hemostasis inthe experimental group was higher than that in the reference group;the average hemostasis time was faster than the referencegroup;the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical nursing of postpartum hemorrhage,the effect of health education for patients is significant,which haspositive effects on improving the hemostatic effect,shortening the time of hemostasis and improving the relationship betweennurses and patients.
