高龄产妇分娩实施专项助产护理的临床研究

Clinical study on the implementation of special midwifery care delivery for elderly parturient women

目的:探讨高龄产妇分娩实施专项助产护理的临床效果。方法:收治高龄产妇130例,随机分为护理组和对照组各65例。对照组给予常规护理,护理组实施围分娩期助产专项护理。结果:护理组阴道助产率、中转剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率、产程及产后出血总量、护理满意率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高龄产妇分娩实施专项助产护理成效显著,可显著促进高龄产妇顺产,避免新生儿窒息,缩短产程,减少产后出血,促进产妇恢复,提升护理服务质量。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the implementation of special midwifery care delivery for elderlyparturient women.Methods:130elderly parturient women were selected.They were randomly divided into the nursing group andthe control group with65cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The nursing group received perinatalspecial nursing midwifery.Results:The transfer rate of vaginal delivery,cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia,postpartumhemorrhage,labor and the total satisfaction rate of the nursing group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of special midwifery care delivery for elderly parturient women is significant.It can promote the elderlymaternal spontaneous delivery significantly,avoid neonatal asphyxia,shorten birth process,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,promotematernal recovery,and improve the quality of nursing service.
