包头市苯及苯系物接触人员职业健康状况分析

Analysis of occupational health status of benzene and benzene series exposed workers in Baotou City

目的:探讨苯及苯系物对暴露人员健康状况的影响。方法:选择包头市部分接触苯系物作业的人员728例为暴露组,选择无苯接触史人员506例为对照组,比较两组相关指标差异。暴露组按照接触浓度的不同分为高、低两个剂量组,比较相关指标异常率。结果:暴露组血常规的白细胞异常检出率、神经衰弱综合征表现、心电图窦性心动过速及ST-T改变检出率、女性生殖系统异常检出率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多数企业作业现场的苯及苯系物浓度低于国家卫生标准要求,长期接触苯及苯系物对作业人员的健康有损害。

Objective:To investigate the effect of benzene and benzene series on the health of exposed workers.Methods:728benzene and benzene series exposed workers in Baotou City were selected as the exposed group.506workers without benzene andbenzene series exposed were selected as the control group.We compared the correlation index differences between groups.According to the exposure concentration,the exposure group was divided into the high dose group and the low dose group,and wecompared the abnormal rate of correlation indexes.Results:In the exposed group,the detection rate of abnormal white blood cell ofroutine blood test,neurasthenic syndrome,sinus tachycardia and ST-T detection rate of electrocardiogram,abnormal detection rateof female reproductive system were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concentrations ofbenzene and benzene series in the majority of enterprises were lower than the national health standards.Long term exposure tobenzene and benzene series was harmful to the health of workers.
