摘要
针对40T边双链刮板输送机半滚筒加工工艺繁琐,导致生产周期较长、生产效率低现象,对现有半滚筒加工工艺进行了优化改进。该文介绍了原有半滚筒加工工艺存在的缺陷,阐述了对原有加工工艺的优化改进思路,以及新加工工艺的优点。
In the40T side half double chain scraper conveyor roller machining process trival,result in a longer production cycle,production efficiency is low,the existing half drum is optimized to improve the machining process.Introduced the existing defects of half cylinder processing technology,expounds the optimization of the original process improvement ideas,and the advantages of new process technology.
