摘要
目的:调查宿迁市小学教师参加体育锻炼的情况和职业倦怠的现状,并进一步探究体育锻炼的强度、时间、频率对宿迁市小学教师职业倦怠的影响。由于教师职业的特殊性,职业倦怠的产生不仅影响个人的身心健康,对学生、学校乃至社会都会有一定的影响。方法:文章运用身体锻炼量表和MBI-GS量表对宿迁市200名小学教师采用问卷调查的方式,进行体育锻炼与职业倦怠的相关研究。结果:宿迁市小学教师普遍存在职业倦怠现象,但并不严重,相比较而言低成就感相对突出,其次是情绪衰竭,最后是非个性化。不同性别的小学教师的职业倦怠状况差异不显著,不同教龄的小学教师在非个性化和低成就感这两个维度上差异显著,不同年龄的小学教师在非个性化这个维度上差异显著。不同体育锻炼强度的小学教师在非个性化这个维度上存在显著性差异,其中大强度体育锻炼的小学教师在非个性化这个维度上的差异比中小强度体育锻炼的小学教师在非个性化这个维度上差异显著。体育锻炼时间、体育锻炼频率在情绪衰竭、非个性化、低成就感这三个维度都无显著性差异。
Objective:Investigation of Suqian city primary school teachers taking part in physical exercise and the status quo of job burnout,and to further explore the influence of physical exercise intensity,time and frequency to Suqian city primary school teachers'job burnout.Due to the particularity of teacher profession,job burnout not only influence the individual's physical and mental health,for students,school and society will have certain influence.Methods:This study uses the physical activity scale and MBI-GS scaleto evaluate Suqian200elementary school teachers with the method of questionnaire,the correlation between physical exercise and job burnout.Results:Suqian elementary school teachers'job burnout phenomenon is very common,but not serious,in comparisonthe low achievement sense is relatively outstanding,and the second is the emotional exhaustion,the last is impersonality.Elementaryschool teachers'job burnout status for different sex are without significant differences,different teaching experience of primary school teachers have significant difference in impersonality and low achievement two dimensions,different ages of primary school teachers have significant difference the dimension of impersonality.different exercise intensity can cause Primary school teachers having great difference in impersonality,including intensive physical training of primary school teachers in a personality dimension differences than small and medium intensity exercise for primary school teachers in impersonality.Physical exercise time,physical exercise frequency can lead to no significant differences in emotional exhaustion,the personalization,low achievement the three dimensions.
