艺术体操对女大学生身体健康影响的实验研究

Experimental Study of the Impact of Artistic Gymnastics on Female College Students Physical Health

为了更好地在新疆普通高校开展艺术体操教学工作,运用教学实验法对随机抽取的34名2015级新疆师范大学非体育专业公共体育选项班女大学生进行为期一学年的艺术体操教学实验,通过实验探究艺术体操教学训练对女大学生身体形态、身体机能、柔韧素质的变化分析艺术体操对对女大学生身体健康影响的实验研究;结果表明:在身体健康方面受试者身体脂肪、围度及其他测试指标有所降低,但没有达到显著性差异;心血管机能得到显著性改善;肺活量功能得到显著性增强,说明受试者机体有氧代谢能力得到提升,肺部和胸廊的弹性增强;血红蛋白含量发生显著性变化,提示受试者有氧耐力增强,有更好的运动状态;柔韧素质显著性提升,提示受试者身体柔软度增强,动作幅度和艺术表现力得到提高。

In order to better work in artistic gymnastics teaching in ordinary colleges and universities in Xinjiang,the paper uses the teaching experiment method to chose a random samples of34female students in Grade2015of Xinjiang Normal University who are non-professional sports public sports option class college students for a year of artistic gymnastics teaching experiment,training of artistic gymnastics through the experiment of female college students body shape,body function,flexibility quality changes,to do the analysis of the influence of artistic gymnastics on female college students physical health.The results show that the subjects in health body fat,body dimension size and other test indicators have fallen,but did not reach significant difference;cardiovascular function improved significantly;lung capacity function is significantly enhanced,the subjects body's aerobic metabolism ability get promoted,the lungs and the chest gallery of elasticity increased;significant changes in hemoglobin content,prompt subjects increase aerobic endurance,have better movement state;flexible quality significantly increased,suggesting the subjects enhanced softness,body movements and artistic expression.
