摘要 针对GW4型户外隔离开关触指弹簧手工更换难度大、耗时长、触指片易损坏、检修人员易受伤的问题,设计了一种GW4型隔离开关触指弹簧更换专用工具。设计方案采用双向压缩法,选择三角型装置压缩弹簧,通过上部加装螺栓及底部焊接金属条方式固定C型金属板,并使用45#钢铁制作工具。与传统手工工作方法相比,所设计工具缩短了触指弹簧更换时间,提高了工作效率,并且可避免触指片损坏及对检修人员人身伤害。 In allusion to the tough issues about manually replacing the contact finger spring of GW4disconnector,a special tool was designedto prevent contact finger damage and personal injury as well as reducing replacement time.The designing scheme adopted the idea ofbiaxial compression and chose the trigonal fixture to compress the spring.The C-type metal plate was clamped by mounting bolt on the topand welding metal bars on the bottom.No.45steel was used to manufacture the tool.Compared to the traditional manual method,the developedtool reduced the replacement time of the contact finger spring,improved the work efficiency and prevented the contact finger damage aswell as the personal injury effectively.
