介绍了石油化工设计中空冷器的构架布置、平台设置、管道布置及管道支架设置,用于指导空冷器的设备布置及管道布置设计。构架设置通常与管道支架设置统一考虑,管道布置则主要依据流体是否为两相流来选择配管方式。构架设置及管道布置中均要保证管道受力及管嘴受力满足要求。

This paper introduced the structure layout,the platform layout,pipeline layout and pipe support setting of air cooler in petrochemical industry,used to guide the design process.Setting of pipe support is usually considered together with the structure layout.Pipeline layout is decided by phase of the fluid,whether it is single phase flow or two phase flow.Also the stress analysis result of the pipeline and the nozzle should be considered in each design process.
