摘要
采用聚胺抑制剂、复合甲酸盐与强包被抑制剂聚合物剂乳液协同提高钻井液的抑制性,采用复配铵盐、技术级低粘羧甲基纤维素、多元共聚聚合物为降滤失剂,采用高级脂肪醇树脂经水溶性加工形成的白沥青为封堵剂,选用生物聚合物作提切剂,选用植物油改性制得的润滑剂增强体系的润滑性,据此形成的环保型高性能水基钻井液体系生物毒性检测达到无毒标准,具有抑制性强、润滑性好,流变性与触变性优良,能满足大位移水平井安全钻井施工需求。
In this paper,polyamine inhibitor,compound formate and high encapsulated polymer inhibition emulsion are applied to synergistically enhance the inhibition of drilling fluid;and compound ammonium salt,technical grade low viscosity carboxymethyl cellulose,multiple copolymerization polymer are used as filtrate reducer;and the white asphalt derived from higher fatty alcohol resin by water-soluble processing is used as plugging agent;and the biological polymer is chosen as shear strength improving agent;and the vegetable oil-modified lubricant is used to enhance the lubricity of this system.Finally,an environmental high performance water-based drilling fluid system is compounded,and its biological toxicity detection results reach the non-toxic standard with strong inhibition,good lubricity,excellent rheological behavior and thixotropic behavior,and it can meet the needs of safety drilling of large displacement horizontal well.
