智慧交通在长沙的建设与实践

摘要 长沙作为建设"两型"社会的重要示范城市,需要有与之相匹配的先进交通管理技术、手段和系统。为此,长沙市尝试利用智慧交通技术提高城市的交通管理水平。文章介绍了长沙市智慧交通建设的建设理念、技术架构以及面临的难点。同时,文章也介绍了长沙市将智慧交通应用于交通超载超限和网约车管理方面所取得的显著成果。 In order to be a representation of“resource-saving and environment-friendly society”,advanced transportation managing techniques,tools and systems are required for the policy makers of Changsha.Therefore,peoples’government of Changsha attempts to upgrade the management of transportation by utilizing intelligent transportation techniques.The challenges,intuitions and architecture of intelligent transportation system are proposed in this paper.Meanwhile,the intelligent transportation system is adopted to administer the overloaded transportation and App-cab in Changsha and an effective result is gotten.
