工业化进程中计算机职业教育人才培养方法探析

Analysis on the Talents Training Methods of Computer Vocational Education in the Course of Industrialization

走新型工业化道路,以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进信息化,一要依靠科学技术进步,二要开发我国最大的潜在资源——人力资源。由此可见,培养数以亿计的高素质劳动者和技能型人才是我国走新型工业化道路的客观需要。文章以教学实践为依据,从增强学生的岗位适应能力,培养学生的知识迁移能力,提升学生的创新能力等方面进行了探析,为工业化进程中计算机职业教育如何更好地培养人才提出了思路。

Taking a new road to industrialization,driving industrialization with informatization,promoting informatization with industrialization,one should rely on science and technology progress,two to develop the largest potential resources-human resources.Thus,training of qualified workers and skilled talents hundreds of millions is the objective need of China's new type industrialization.On the basis of teaching practice,from enhancing students'ability to adapt to the post,Cultivating students'ability of knowledge transfer,Improving students'ability of innovation And other aspects were analyzed.The paper puts forward some ideas on how to train talents in the vocational education of computer in the process of industrialization.
