不同种植系统口腔种植临床病例的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Clinical Cases of Oral Implantation in Different Planting Systems

目的探讨不同种植系统应用在口腔种植临床病例中的效果。方法按照具体病情与口腔情况将口腔种植患者86例分为3组,标记为A组(30例)、B组(28例)、C组(28例),均采取相同的种植手术处理,不同之处在于种植系统,依次为ITI、奥齿泰、诺贝尔,对比3组效果。结果 A组、B组、C组总有效率依次为96.67%、92.85%、92.85%,组间比较差异无统计学意义;所有患者均得到至少半年随访,随访半年时调查满意率显示组间满意率比较差异无统计学意义。结论口腔种植患者采取不同种植系统均有不错效果,差异无统计学意义,但在实际治疗中应根据患者病情与口腔情况选用合适的种植系统,才能更好地保障疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of different implantation systems in clinical cases of oral implantation.Methods Eighty-six patientswere randomly divided into three groups:Group A(30patients),Group B(28patients)and Group C(28patients).All patients were treatedwith the same method Of the planting operation,the difference lies in the planting system,followed by ITI,Austria teeth Thai,Nobel,contrast threegroups of results.Results The total effective rate in group A,B and C was96.67%,92.85%and92.85%respectively.There was no significant differencebetween the two groups.All patients were followed up for at least six months.Satisfaction rate was no significant difference.Conclusion Oralimplantation system has good effect in different implantation systems.The difference is not statistically significant.However,according to the patient'scondition and oral condition,the appropriate implantation system should be used in order to better protect the curative effect.
