前列地尔结合盐酸异丙嗪治疗急诊眩晕症的效果探析

The effect of promethazine hydrochloride in treatment of acute vertigo combined with Alprostadil

目的探讨前列地尔结合盐酸异丙嗪治疗急诊眩晕症的效果。方法选取60例急诊眩晕症患者作为研究对象,按入院编号随机选取30例设为观察组,采用结合盐酸异丙嗪治疗,将另外30例患者设为对照组,采用前列地尔治疗。对比观察组和对照组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后社会功能(4.1±1.5)分、躯体健康(3.9±1.4)分、心理功能(4.2±1.5)分、物质生活态度(3.9±1.3)分,与对照组治疗后社会功能(2.4±1.6)分、躯体健康(2.4±1.3)分、心理功能(2.6±1.4)分、物质生活态度(2.3±1.6)分相比明显较高(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后药效发挥时间(1.4±0.6)d与对照组(2.9±0.5)d相比明显较短(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率(96.7%)与对照组(73.3%)相比明显较高(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率(0.00%)与对照组(16.67%)患者相比明显较低(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔结合盐酸异丙嗪能有效改善患者生活质量,提高患者治疗效果,且能减少患者不良反应发生状况,安全可靠,可在急诊眩晕症治疗中推广运用。

Objective To investigate the effect of alprostadil combined with promethazine hydrochloride in treatment of acute vertigo.Methods60cases of acute vertigo patients as the research object,according to the admission number of randomly selected30cases for the observation group,the combined treatment of promethazine hydrochloride,the other30patients as control group,using the alprostadil treatment.Observation group andcontrol group of patients.Results The observation group patients after social function(4.1±1.5),physical health(3.9±1.4),(4.2±1.5)psychologicalfunction,material life attitude(3.9±1.3),and the social function of the control group after treatment(2.4±1.6),physical health(2.4±1.3),heartfunction(2.6±1.4)points,material life attitude(2.3±1.6)was significantly higher than the phase(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group after treatment effect time(1.4±0.6)and D group(2.9±0.5)d significantly shorter(P<0.05).The total efficiency of the observation group(96.7%)andcontrol group(73.3%)is significantly higher(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group the incidence of adverse reactions(0%)and control group(16.67%)compared with patients was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The alprostadil combined with promethazine hydrochloride can effectivelyimprove the quality of life of patients,improve the treatment effect,and can reduce the adverse reactions occur,safe and reliable,can bewidely used in the treatment of acute vertigo.
