摘要
制备了3种不同ZSM-5分子筛含量的临氢降凝催化剂,对其孔道结构、酸性位和酸性强度进行了表征。考察了3种催化剂在4种不同反应温度下临氢降凝所得产物的馏分分布以及基础油馏分的粘温特性和倾点变化,确定了最适宜用于废润滑油临氢降凝的催化剂为Z-2。
Three kinds of hydrodewaxing catalysts of different ZSM-5molecular sieve contents were prepared,and characterization was made to their pore structures,acid sites and acidic strengths.The three catalysts were investigated under4different temperatures to find the fraction distribution and the viscosity-temperature characteristics and pour point change of base oil fraction of the products obtained by hydrodewaxing,and it was determined that the most suitable catalyst for waste lube oil hydrodewaxing is Z-2.
