摘要
通过对聚合釜机械密封与机架凸缘底盘联接断裂的螺栓进行理化、应力分析,确定了其相关的安装精度、螺栓强度、机架刚度与螺栓断裂的关系,实施了相应的改进措施。经过多年的实际运行,验证了改进措施完全满足设备运行的安全要求。
By physicochemical and stress analysis to the polymerizer’s mechanical seal and its rack’s flanged chassis bolt fracture,it was determined the relation of its installation accuracy,bolt strength,rack rigidness,and the relevant improvement measures were implemented.Several years of actual operation verified that the improvement measures totally met the safety requirement of the equipment.
